After a highly distinguished career in the Financial Sector, Ross McArthur led the successful attempt of PARS United CIC to bring Dunfermline out of Administration in 2013.
Ross firstly became Managing Director then in June 2016, Chairman and Chief Executive.

Ross has seen the development of Dunfermline Athletic to the point that a new Training Ground and Youth Academy have been established as he stepped down in May 2022.

Ross has worked tirelessly for the good of the football club and restored both the finances and the good reputation of the Pars.
